Places and Ratios

Places

All of our staff are minimum Level 2/ 3 Early Years Practitioners 

We will offer 56 FTE places across Nursery/ Day care (12 places for 3 months -2 year olds)

Ratios

Reception Ratio is a minimum of 1:30, in Limebrook this will be 1:15
3 - 4 Year olds is a minimum of 1:13
2 Year olds is a minimum  of 1:5
0 - 2 Year olds is a minimum of 1:3

Rates and Session Costs

The cost for a child up to 24 months in age, before any funded hours, is £112.67 per full day including Early Bird and Twilight (07:30 - 18:00) - including breakfast, lunch snacks, and a hot meal. 
This reduces to £82.43 for children aged 24 - 36 months*.  

The cost for a full day, for a child up to 24 months in age and excluding Early Bird and Twilight (09:00 - 15:00), including lunch and snacks and before funded hours, is £64.38. 
This reduces to £47.10  for children aged 24 - 36 months.

Government funded hours can be used for any sessions during open hours, however, cannot be applied to late pickup of children.

Parents of children who attend our Reception class can also book, pay for and attend our Early Bird and Twilight sessions during term time but can also benefit from full day wraparound care during holiday periods.
More information will be available from September for the Reception Holiday Club.

A one-off administration fee of £25.00 is payable upon completion of the registration process in order to confirm a place at the Nursery.

Booking schedules must be made for at least each full term, in advance, to support staff planning and may not be changed.  Additional sessions may be requested via the Blossom App in advance and will be subject to availability and reviewed for approval based on available staffing.

A booking deposit equivalent to 1 month's fees, based on your child's personal booking schedule and non-local authority funded hours, will be required on registration and will be used against your final invoice with our nursery.  Booking deposit amounts may need varying, if future booking schedules change, to ensure we hold 1 month fees on deposit which may result in partial refunds, application against your invoice, or a requirement to make an additional booking deposit amount.  

Invoices will be produced on the first working day for non-funded hours or additional services, for the prior month in arrears, and payable within 14 days.  Non-payment of invoices may result in your held deposit being offset against the amount outstanding and your child's place being withdrawn.

Funded Hours

It is possible that government funded childcare hours can be used for AM and/or PM sessions between 9 am and 3:30 pm.  For details of eligibility and how to apply visit:
